The Cycling Store Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your new bike and accessories. If you've placed an order through our website, you have 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date to return an unwanted item.

Using your order confirmation email, please reply, advising which item you would like to cancel / return and a member of the Rider Support team will be in touch.

What happens if my item is faulty?

You have a 14 day right to return an item on distance selling applications and a 30 day right to return faulty goods

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately we are not able to provide an exchange service. If you have purchased the incorrect size, we will need to cancel to refund and you can then place a new order.

What is the cost to return a Gear item I had delivered to home?

Free, we will email you a returns label. You simply apply to the box and take the parcel to your local DPD drop-off

What is the cost to return an item I collected in store?

You can return in store for free.

Can my bike delivery order be collected from my home?

Yes, our courier collection fee is £30. However, you must use the original delivery packaging - if you do not have the original box, a new one will be sent at an additional cost of £60.

Can my Gear order be collected from home?

Yes, our returns fee is £10

When can I expect a refund?

Giant will issue refunds within two working days from confirmation the store, or distribution centre, has received the returned item. Please refer to your payment provider for their timescales.

What is your returns policy for bikes with an ISP?

We do not accept returns for bikes with an ISP.

Am I able to return a bike after a ride?

We know that sometimes a short ride is what it takes to know if a bike is suitable. However, to be eligible for a full refund, the bicycle and its accessories must be clean and not display any damage or signs of wear, exceeding that which could be expected to establish that the bike is not suitable for the intended purpose.
