What Used & Approved Means

Bike Condition Explained

To help you buy with confidence, every nearly new bike is carefully inspected and given a clear condition rating so you know exactly what to expect.

Condition 1: Like New

Unridden and in showroom condition, these bikes may have been on display but show no signs of use; they look and feel brand new.

Condition 2: Excellent

Unused but may have minor cosmetic marks from handling or storage. Fully inspected and in top working order.

Condition 3: Very Good

It has been lightly ridden and is often used for demo rides or testing. Although it may show small signs of use, it has been professionally serviced and is ready to ride.

Condition 4: Good

Used, with visible signs of wear such as scuffs or cosmetic marks. Still in great working condition, professionally serviced and safety-checked.

Condition 5: Fair

Well ridden and shows signs of wear. Mechanically sound and fully workshop approved for many more miles of riding.

What's included?

Unless otherwise stated, each bike is sold fully assembled with original parts. Bikes shipped for home delivery will require handlebar set-up and pedal attachment. Warranty and returns apply as per our standard policy.
